A BALLINGRY man went for a meal with a woman he had been banned from meeting.
Paul McLean, 52, of Martin Crescent, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted he breached bail conditions on November 20 when he was with a woman at the Caledonian Hotel, High Street, Leven, having been ordered not to be in contact with her.
Defence solicitor Scott Ralph said: “She had come to his house in a state and they had then gone out for a meal.”
Sheriff Alastair Brown imposed an 18-week restriction of liberty order.
