COWDENBEATH has a new fan in Edinburgh who likes wearing the colours.
News has reached Central Park from the capital of a loyal Cowden supporter based deep in Hearts territory!
Pictured proudly wearing his Cowden scarf is Kiwi the alpaca.
Said club secretary David Allan: “Kiwi lives at Gorgie Farm, in Edinburgh, and was our match ball sponsor for our recent game against Albion Rovers.
“Kiwi’s fellow alpacas at Gorgie Farm, Ronaldo and Whitley, are rumoured to be Jambos, but Kiwi really is a dyed in the wool Cowden fan. Maybe we will see Kiwi at Central Park cheering us on next season! “
The Gorgie Farm organisation were delighted to sponsor the ball for the game which saw Cowdenbeath finish the season with a 2-0 win.
