A WOMAN will go on trial accused of dangerous driving and knocking down two people.
A trial date for Catriona Drummond, 38, of Blacklaw Road, has been set for September 13 at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.
It is alleged that on December 3, 2019, on Crossgates Road, Halbeath, she caused serious injury to a man and woman, by driving a car dangerously.
She's accused of failing to keep her front windscreen clear from obstruction to vision, driving on the wrong side of the road, failing to keep a proper look-out and causing her vehicle to collide with the couple, whereby they were knocked to the ground and seriously injured.
