A MAN has been arrested following a disturbance at Cowdenbeath train station.
Police were called to reports of a disturbance at the station at around 7pm on Friday night, with British Transport Police responding.
When they arrived, a 22-year-old man was cautioned and charged with threatening and abusive behaviour.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “Officers were called to Cowdenbeath station shortly after 7pm on 26 February following reports of a disturbance.
“A 22-year-old man was cautioned and charged with threatening and abusive behaviour. He was remanded in custody for court.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson told the Times that their officers responded but arrived to “no on-going incident” as BTP were on scene.
