The auction house would be situated in Cowdenbeath's Woodend industrial estate
A PLANNING application for an auction house has been lodged with Fife Council.
Papers lodged with the council state that the applicant is looking to change a unit in Cowdenbeath’s Woodend Business Centre into an auction house with a café inside.
The application says: “Change of Use from industrial unit (Class 5) to auction room (Sui Generis) with ancillary cafe (Class 3) at Block 1 Unit 3 Woodend Business Centre Woodend Place.”
