Pair charged with theft and fraud
TWO people will appear in court today after being charged with theft and fraud.
A man and woman were arrested over the weekend following a spate of thefts and taxi frauds throughout Cowdenbeath.
Police in the area said the crimes directly impacted local residents and businesses.
Earlier in the month officers began carrying out enquiries into the alleged crimes and a 36-year-old woman and 38-year-old man have now been arrested and charged.
The pair are currently in custody and are expected to appear in court today.
