It's understood this piece of land is the site for the potential development
FIFE Council has received notice that a group is set to apply to build more than 100 houses in Cowdenbeath.
First Endevours Cowdenbeath LLP have alerted the council that they intend to submit an application to build “up to 115 affordable houses” on land just south of Lochgelly Road in the town.
Little detail is known at this time, but applications must be submitted after April 23.
