A PRIMARY school in Ballingry has confirmed a positive coronavirus case as a plethora of schools remain under investigation.
NHS Fife announced that they are investigating at 11 schools in the area as of lunchtime today [Monday, November 16], and are on top of the ones outlined last week.
The schools include St Kenneth’s RC Primary School which has confirmed one case connected to it.
The other affected schools are: “Auchmuty High School, Glenrothes High School, Kinglassie Primary, Levenmouth Academy, Methilhill Primary, Patthead Primary, Queen Anne High, Viewforth High, Warout Primary and Woodmill High.
It comes as this week's coronavirus map showed another rise in the amount of areas with the highest infection rates.
