A POST office is set to open in a central Fife village once again.
Crossgates will once again benefit from the addition of a post office from November 12, in what is said to be a very welcome addition to the village.
It will be situated at 41 Main Street and is expected to open on Thursday, November 12.
The opening hours will be 06:00 - 21:00 – seven days a week.
Post Office also announced that a consultation has been launched for local customers to have their say.
A spokesperson said: "We will display posters in the new premises to tell customers the good news.
"We are keen to restore services to this community as soon as possible, so we have decided to go ahead with our plans.
"However, we would welcome suggestions about specific aspects of the change particularly on the following areas:
" Do you have any comments about access into the new premises?
" Do you have any comments about access inside the new premises?
"We will be accepting comments until November 26."
