AN INVERKEITHING barber shop is raising money for a mental health charity this weekend.
Divit Barbers on Church Street will be offering free haircuts on Saturday in exchange for a donation to the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH).
It follows on from last year's fundraiser for Andy's Man Club in which they raised £1,700.
Kate McQuillan, from the barbers, said: "It will be a bit different due to COVID-19 but we will hold it ensuring everyone is safe and socially-distanced.
"So many people are struggling due to lockdown and those already with mental health issues are really facing hard times and unfortunately some are taking their lives."
The event will take place from 8am to 6pm.
