FIFE Council have given the green light for the construction of 25 new homes in Lochgelly.
Richard Street Ltd, had asked the local authority for a non-material variation in plans to build the project on the large vacant site to the north of Hugh Avenue, in the town.
The application was for the erection of 25 affordable dwellings with associated car parking, access, open space, drainage infrastructure and
other associated development.
The planning decision to approve the application brought with it a reminder: "However, you should bear in mind that all conditions of the original planning permission still apply and if applicable, any amendment of your building warrant should be approved."
