THIS week's Down Memory Lane photographs come from exile David Grieve.

David grew up in Lochgelly, now in his late seventies, he moved to work in Yorkshire before the Miners Strike in the mid 1980s.

However, he is proud of his collection of old photographs from the town and these four are all from the Happyland.

The top picture is a group of youngsters having a day out in the 1960s. The left hand shot is one of Hunter Street, before it was knocked down, David thinks taken in the 1960s.

The middle pictures are from the 1940s and show a group of youngsters, possibly pictured in the early stages of the Second World War, and the other is of three ladies pictured outside one of the housing blocks in the Happyland.
