Failing to attend court proves costly for Cardenden man
DECIDING not to turn up for a court appearance proved to be an expensive experience for a Cardenden man.
When James Aitken, 49, of Muirtonhill Road, finally did appear in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, he was hit with a fine.
Aitken admitted he failed to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on February 13.
Sheriff Charles Macnair fined Aitken £325.
