THE five hours of continuous thunder storms in the early hours of Wednesday managed to see a lot of water work its way into Central Park

The water cascading from the sky over night saw quite a mess when people looked in on Wednesday morning.

Said secretary David Allan: "Football has now sadly been absent from Central Park for five months but it was a busy place on Wednesday morning with extensive mopping up operations required after the ground floor was inundated by the torrents of rainwater that cascaded from the heavens.

"It took quite a bit of elbow grease but the mopping up operations soon got things sorted out."

Our pictures show quite a mess in the home dressing room, while a lot of water was lying in the players' tunnel too. And even manager Gary Bollan's office was not immune to the attack from the sky.
