- STORMS have caused chaos across Fife with countless roads left impassable and schools shut.
- Torryburn Primary School and nursery are closed because of power problems while last night's freak weather has meant problems across the area.
- In Central Fife, Lochgelly High is closed because of building problems while Benarty, Cardenden and Denend primary schools have all been unable to open.
- The road between Oakley and Cairneyhill is completely impassable while a tweet from South West Fife Police said cars can't get through Culross because of flooding.
- The B981 towards Inverkeithing is also badly affected while parts of Crossgates are also underwater.
