THIS week's Down Memory Lane photographs come from exile Keith Turnbull, formerly of Lochgelly, who now stays in Wolverhampton.

These are a collection of postcards from the area.

Said Keith: "I moved down south in 1982 but I have a fair whack of old pictures from my parents which I hope folk from the town will like.

"These ones are all postcards two of which are Lochgelly based, one from Bowhill and one from Cowdenbeath, all from the 1950s.

"The top picture is of Bowhill Playpark, the Church and Manse at Woodend, a nice shot of the Institute and a view of Station Road.

"The left hand picture is a card which has Minto House and Loch Gelly depicted on it while the middle pictures show top Cowdenbeath Miners Institute tennis courts, the Public Park and the High Street, and a shot of Canstdam.

"The lower picture is of Loch Gelly, Bank Street and Lochgelly House."
