A FIGHT between two men in Cowdenbeath resulted in one of them suffering a cut nose.
Jamie Napier, 22, of Duncan Crescent, Dunfermline, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on March at Broad Street, Cowdenbeath, he conducted himself in a disorderly manner and engaged in a fight with Robbie Marshall, now deceased, whereby Mr Marshall was injured and he committed a breach of the peace.
Defence solicitor, Gordon Martin, said: “There had been a fight between them and the injury was a bloody nose for the complainer.”
Sheriff Charles Macnair deferred sentence on Napier until August 11 when he has another matter calling.
