CARDENDEN Community Shop will be re-opening on Monday August 3 after being closed since March through the coronavirus crisis.
There will be a change to the opening hours of the shop and these will now be 10.30am till 3.30pm
The volunteer team, at CCS, has been working at organising their Covid-19 re-opening plan in the shop to assure customers that they can open their doors safely again.
A long time member of the team, Vi Penman, said: "As far as donations are concerned we are be happy to accept whatever people wish to donate, but at present no large items.
"There will currently be a restriction of two bags from each customer. These items will be kept off shop floor for 72 hours before they will go on display.
"We are looking forward to seeing everyone again next week."
