THE new housing development in Cardenden attracted a lot of interest from house buyers with people queuing up overnight.

Lochay Homes launched their new Cedar Rise Development on Cardenden Road last weekend and were delighted with the fantastic response. People camped out overnight resulting in 10 dream homes being secured over the weekend.

Across the 3 and 4 bedroom reservations, Lochay welcomed both first time buyers and local residents of Cardenden, happy to have the opportunity to purchase a new build and move locally.

Lochay Homes director, Jamie Thomson said: “We are delighted at the response we have had to the launch of the development and are working together with local contractors to build some fantastic family homes.

"We are happy to be back at work and are very excited to be back building in Fife.”

The development includes the 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached Munro from £165,000, the 3 Bedroom Detached Armadale and James from £190,000 and the 4 Bedroom Detached Wallace at £215,000.

Mr Thomson added that with continued high levels of enquiries Lochay anticipate Cedar Rise will soon be sold out. Appointments can be secured to give people the chance not to miss out on this exciting new build development in Cardenden.

Lochay Homes will launch a new site of 2,3 and 4 bedroom bungalows in St. Monans, in the East Neuk later in the year increasing their presence in Fife.
