PLANS have been lodged with Fife Council by Easy Living Developments for further homes on their ever expanding site at The Avenue, in Lochgelly.

There are over 100 homes taking shape at this site on the north side of one of the main roads into the town these days, and now Easy Living have asked for consent for a further 58 houses in two applications.

The first application for the erection of 44 dwellinghouses, with associated infrastrucure and landscaping at the site adjacent to The Avenue.

This is followed up by a further application for 14 homes nearby.

The site has been growing over the past three years through a series of applications by Easy Living Developments.
