THE children returned to Lochgelly's Noah's Ark Nursery after more than 12 weeks at home.

The Auchterderran Road nursery re-opened on Wednesday and the kids had a great first day back.

For the staff, they settled in quickly after being more than 12 weeks away from their young charges.

Said the Nursery's Karen Robertson: "Noah's Ark Nursery re-opened on Wednesday July 15.

"It was amazing to see the children again and they all came in really well after a three month break.

"Measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of the children, parents and staff and all were happy to be back.

"Staff couldn't believe how much the children had grown and developed over the last few weeks!"
