A CAR left the road heading towards Lochgelly yesterday morning from Cardenden, and went into a neighbouring field.

A post on the Fife Jammer Locations Facebook page said: "There is a Fiesta in the field at bottom of Eliza Brae coming from Cardenden heading towards Lochgelly.

"The car is on its side but the driver seems to be ok."

The accident happened as the first rain for almost a month hit the area on Thursday morning.
