The new housing estate in The Avenue, Lochgelly.
EASY Living, who are developing the housing estate to the north of The Avenue, in Lochgelly, have been given permission to build another 71 homes.
The developers had asked Fife Council for consent to build 48 houses and associated roads, paths
and landscaping at The Avenue.
They also asked for permission to erect another 23 dwelling houses and associated roads, paths and landscaping.
The site has been taking shape over the past three years and most of the homes built have been sold.
