THIS week's Down Memory Lane photographs comes from the collection of former Cardenden man Jimmy Sinclair.
Jimmy now stays in Kirkcaldy and has some rare photos of the village of which he is very proud of.
The top picture is of Bowhill Bowling Club members in the 1940s on the steps of the Institute.
Bottom left is a picture of Johnny Blair with his horse and cart outside Dundonald Store. The Blairs ran Dundonald Store for over 200 years.
Middle top is Johnny Morris driving the Ash Cairt in Cardenden accompanied by his grandson Johnny and John McArthur. The Ash Cairt was the vehicle which was very busy in the days of the coal fires! Bottom picture is a shot of Balgreggie Park from the Craigs taken in the 1930s.
If you have any old photographs you would like to see in Down Memory Lane send them to editorial@centralfifetimes.co.uk
