AS part of Fife Council's response to the national advice around Coronavirus (Covid-19) the local authority is restricting the number of people attending funeral services at cemeteries and crematoriums.
Services will now be restricted to a small number of close family members only. People attending any of these services will be asked to follow Government advice about social distancing.
Alan Paul, Senior Manager said: “In response to the latest Government advice on the coronavirus, we’ve taken this decision to prevent further spread of the virus.
“We ask for the public’s understanding and co-operation during these challenging times.
“We’ll be continuously monitoring and reviewing these arrangements as the national situation changes.”
