A KELTY man with a “disturbing” record caused a row in his home after drinking.
As a result, Stuart Clark, now of Main Street, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 19, at an address in Cowdenbeath, he shouted and swore repeatedly at his wife and uttered offensive remarks.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said the couple had been married for three years and together for 11 years.
On the day of the offence, his wife returned home at around 7pm after shopping.
Clark confronted her saying: “Do you expect me to believe you were at Next?”
She could smell alcohol from him and he began shouting and swearing.
The depute went on: “He was saying he would do what he wanted and it was his house.”
Sheriff Alastair Brown said: “His criminal record is a disturbing one.”
He called for reports and Clark will be sentenced on April 15.
