Coronavirus: Confirmed cases increase to 957

    The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Fife has risen by three to 957 today.
  • Figures from the Scottish Government show that there were fewer than five people in intensive care at midnight. This has been the case since June 2.
  • Less than five people with the virus are also in hospital.
  • A total of 52 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded across Scotland.
  • There have been no reported deaths in Scotland in the past 24 hours.
  • A total of 402,542 people in Scotland have been tested. Of these people, 383,463 were confirmed negative and 19,079 were positive.
  • Common symptoms of coronavirus include:
  • High temperature or fever.
  • Cough.
  • Shortness of breath.
  • Loss of taste or smell.
