ALAN Carr just can’t seem to get enough of Dunfermline – and he hasn’t even been yet.

The comedian’s return to stand-up for the first time in four years will see him perform in the town not once, not twice, but THREE times.

It was announced last month that Carr had chosen Dunfermline as his warm-up crowd for his upcoming UK tour.

The Alhambra Theatre was announced as the venue of choice for his opening night, September 5.

But, due to “phenomenal demand”, the Alhambra then revealed a second date had been added for the following evening. And now, a month later, the theatre has confirmed that as a result of the “overwhelming demand” for tickets, a third show has now been pencilled in for Friday, September 4.

The announcement means he will start his tour one day earlier, with the Dunfermline gigs taking place from September 4-6.

Not Again, Alan! will be his fourth solo tour, following the Tooth Fairy, Yap Yap Yap, and Spexy Beast.

Tickets are on sale via the Alhambra box office (01383 740384) and online through Ticketmaster.
