A MAN was severely injured in a knife attack in Cowdenbeath.
The victim was struck repeatedly with the weapon during a New Year’s Day incident.
As a result, Robbie Marshall, 18, of Hill Crescent, Cowdenbeath, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 1 last year, at an address in Thistle Street, Cowdenbeath, he assaulted his victim by striking him on the body repeatedly with a knife to his severe injury and impairment.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and Marshall will be sentenced on March 18.
