A MAN sent threatening messages to his former partner.
At Dunfermline Sheriff Court, Garry Mackenzie admitted that between December 24 last year and February 18 this year, at a house in Kelty; at Victoria Hospital and elsewhere, he engaged in a course of behaviour which was abusive to his ex-partner. He repeatedly sent her text messages and social media messages containing abusive and threatening remarks, repeatedly uttered threats to kill her and members of her family, placing her in a state of fear and alarm.
Sheriff James Macdonald deferred sentence for reports and Mackenzie, now of Granton Mill Crescent, Edinburgh, will be back in Court on Wednesday March 18.
