A MAN has been banned from the roads after admitting drink-driving in Lochgelly.
Daniel Watson, 26, formerly of Ramsay Place, Rosyth, now of Lomond Gardens, Methil, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on August 27, at Station Road, Lochgelly, he drove a car having consumed excess alcohol.
His reading was 37 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 22 microgrammes.
Sheriff Robert Dickson banned Watson from driving for 12 months and imposed a community payback order with 100 hours of unpaid work.
