KINGDOM Housing Association has submitted a planning application for 45 houses for the Kinglassie Road, in Cardenden.
The application lodged with Fife Council is for the erection of 45 affordable residential dwellings (12 flatted dwellings and 33 dwellinghouses) with associated flood storage area, access, landscaping and infrastructure, at land to north of Kinglassie Road.
This is an area which has suffered from flooding during periods of heavy rain and has concerned the village community council.
