Man charged after alleged assault in Blairhall
A 39-YEAR-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to an assault in Blairhall on Boxing Day.
The incident happened at around 3.40pm near to the old railway bridge on Gallows Loan, known locally as The Grange.
Police Scotland had issued an appeal after the incident when it reported that a 55-year-old man was allegedly racially abused whilst walking his dog before being physically assaulted.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
