FIFE Council has received an application for planning permission which could see Kelty get another restaurant.
The village has been short of restaurants for some years but soon after the opening of one in Main Street, before Christmas, plans have been lodged which would see another created.
Mr Savas Kilic has asked the council for consent to turn the former Royal Bank of Scotland building, at 12 Main Street, from a bank (Class
2) to restaurant (Class 3) along with external alterations to include the installation of an extraction fan and replacement window.
