POLICE have found the second man who was believed to have walked away from the fatal accident which occurred late on Sunday night on the M90 near Kelty.
However, they are still seeking information on the identity of the person who died in the accident.
Police managed to locate one of the two people on Wednesday and the other was traced yesterday.
Said a post on the Fife division's Facebook Page: "We can confirm that both men who were being treated as missing persons following the fatal crash on the M90 near Kelty shortly after 11pm on Sunday night (5th) have now been identified and traced.
"Thanks to everyone who shared our appeals or contacted us with information.
"Enquiries continue to formally identify the man who sadly died in the incident, along with the continuing investigation into the crash itself. If you have any information that could help us, please call us on 101, our reference is incident 3379 of 5th January. "
