REV Willie McCulloch, St. Serf's Church's locum minister in Lochgelly and Benarty, was the first speaker of the year at Cowdenbeath and District Probus Club.
His talk was his background and how he became a minister.
Willie, who is senior vice-president of Cowdenbeath Rotary Club, took up his current role in the autumn after Rev Geoff Probert left to take up a post in Scunthorpe.
The next meeting is on Tuesday January 21 from 10 am, at St Serf's Church Hall, with the talk beginning at 10.45.
The Probus Club, which meets fortnightly, is looking for new members and anyone interested in going along would be made very welcome or contact Jim Taylor on jimandsue52@btinternet.com
