A LOCHORE man has been banned from driving after speeding and overtaking on a blind summit.
Callum Fairgreave, 25, of Montrose Crescent, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on June 16, on the B920 Lochore to Lochgelly road and elsewhere, he drove a car dangerously, at excessive speed for the road conditions and in excess of the speed limits, and overtook other vehicles on a blind summit over solid white lines.
He also admitted he drove without insurance.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and imposed a temporary driving ban until sentencing on January 29.
