A FORMER Kelty man who drove while banned has been warned he is likely to go to prison if he does it again.

Sam Tulett, 27, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Wednesday.

He had admitted driving while disqualified on May 19 on Primrose Lane in Rosyth.

At a previous hearing, a Sheriff ruled that Tullet's new address should not be published as he had fears for his life after threats were made against him because of another Court case he was involved in.

However, Sheriff Alastair Brown recalled this order as he said there was "no foundation" to it.

He placed Tullet, formerly of Kelty, but whose address on Court papers was St Mary's Place, Kirkcaldy, on a restriction of liberty order for six months and banned him from driving for three years.

"If you drive whilst disqualified again, you are likely to go to prison," he warned him.
