A WOMAN was punched and knocked to the ground during an assault in Lochgelly.
Craig Russell, 26, formerly of Paxton Crescent, Lochgelly, now of Dallas Drive, Kirkcaldy, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on February 26, at an address in Lochgelly, he assaulted his victim by punching her on the head, whereby she fell to the ground, all to her injury.
He also admitted that at two roads in Lochgelly, he repeatedly shouted, swore and acted aggressively.
Sheriff Chris Shead called for reports and Russell will be sentenced on January 15.
