A LOCHGELLY man is behind bars after a domestic incident involving his partner.
Iain Crawford, 53, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on October 1, at an address in Lochgelly, he shouted, swore and used abusive language towards his partner.
Defence solicitor Danielle Varela conceded:, “He’s got an extensive record by any standards.”
The court was told Crawford is on a drug treatment and testing order.
Sheriff James MacDonald called for reports and Crawford will be sentenced on November 27.
Bail was refused, with Sheriff MacDonald telling Crawford: “You’ve had multiple jail sentences and a recent conviction for a directly analogous matter.”
