Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A BALLINGRY man caused a disturbance in his street, making threats of violence in front of children.
Stewart Smith, 33, of Martin Crescent, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on July 7, at another house in Martin Crescent, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, acted aggressively, banged repeatedly on a door, shouted, swore and made threats of violence in the presence of young children.
The court was told Smith was already on a community payback order.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Smith will be sentenced on October 23.
