A SERVICE bus is set to call in at Lochore Meadows Country Park from now on.
Lochgelly Community Council heard that it had been something that had been suggested before to make the park more accessible and a trial was held.
The council members heard that bus route changes had been notified.
Council secretary Louise Brown said: "After a successful trial during the summer holidays, the number 20 Lochgelly – Lochore – Ballingry bus will now be going all the way into Lochore Meadows Country Park".
It was something which the former chairman of Cowdenbeath Area Committee, Willie Clarke, has been a strong supporter of taking place.
