The assault took place in Cowdenbeath High Street
A MAN was headbutted and punched repeatedly in an assault in Cowdenbeath High Street.
The victim suffered severe injuries and permanent disfigurement.
Jordan Henderson, 24, of Allan Park, Hill of Beath, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on September 23 last year, he assaulted the victim, threatened him with violence, punched him repeatedly on the head and body, struck him on the head with his head, all to his severe injury and permanent disfigurement.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Henderson will be sentenced on October 15.
