PLANS have been given the green light by Fife Council to have flats constructed on a site in central Lochgelly.
Richard Street Builders, of Cartmore Industrial Estate, have asked the local authority or consent for the erection on of four affordable flats on land to the north of Hugh Place.
The plans include infrastructure (variation of 18/03066/FULL for substitution of two dwellings with four cottage flats, relocation of plots 24 and 25 and additional parking spaces).
