A CONVICTED shoplifter committed a later offence when he was found to be in possession of a lock-knife.
Christopher Fraser was given community-based sentences but failed to comply.
As a result, he found himself back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court to be sentenced again.
Fraser, 35, of Walker Street, Cowdenbeath, had previously admitted that on May 8 last year, at Dunfermline police station, he was unlawfully in possession of a lock-knife.
He had also admitted that on June 30, 2017, at Tesco, Winterthur Lane, Dunfermline, he stole quantities of electrical goods and batteries.
He breached a community payback order and a restriction of liberty order.
Sheriff Charles MacNair imposed a new restriction of liberty order for six months. For the shoplifting, he imposed a two-year drug treatment and testing order.
