A COWDENBEATH man has appeared in court following a domestic disturbance.
In the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court was Garry Wotherspoon, 30, of Drylie Street.
He admitted that on an occasion between July 1 and September 17, 2018, at an address in Lumphinnans, he acted in an aggressive and intimidating manner towards his partner by shouting and pushing a door.
The court heard Wotherspoon has previous convictions for domestic offences.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and Wotherspoon will be sentenced on September 18.
