BENARTY Events Group have warmly thanked all the volunteers who helped make their Rockore III event such a success and are doing all they can to get the grassed area which the music festival was held on back into good shape.

Because of the heavy rain leading up to Rockore and some heavy showers later in the day of the event the grassed area which housed the stage and the 3,500 fans took a bit of a battering.

But thanks to one of the of the volunteers it is already looking better and more work will be going ahead.

Said BEG chairprson Eddie Easson: "As you can well imagine the arena was in a sorry state but thanks to Ian Bruce it has now been rolled.

"We will work closely with Park manager, Ian Laing, and his staff to get the grass back to its best".

Plans for Rockore IV have already started and it will be on Saturday August 22.

The Benarty Events Group are open to all suggestions that would make the festival and there other events better. Any ideas can be posted on their Facebook page.

Added Eddie: "Volunteers are always welcome to come and join our team for any event".
