A 29-YEAR-OLD Hill of Beath man has appeared in court for assaulting his former partner.
Mark Bratchie, 29, of Hill of Beath but currently a prisoner, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on May 25, at an address in Lochgelly, he assaulted his former partner by seizing and pulling her hair.
He also admitted entering a house in Lochgelly uninvited and shouting at his former partner.
Bratchie further admitted breaching bail conditions not to approach or contact the woman.
Sheriff Charles MacNair deferred sentencing for reports until July 17 and Bratchie was remanded in custody.
