BENARTY Primary School additional support classes and parents have fundraised £40,000 to have a new sensory room installed at the Lochleven Road school.
Headteacher Lynn Dyas said: "Children across the school will have access to this fabulous new facility which will enhance the learning experience for all our children".
Staff have been working hard with the school's additional support classes to raise funds for the sensory room and Fife Provost Jim Leishman, along with local councillors, attended the open day on June 13 to see the new facilities.
