LOCHGELLY Old Folks Re-union Committee's Summer Drive on Wednesday was a huge success thanks to the support of the local business community who backed the event.

The drive saw just over 100 70 plus year-olds have a great day which ended with the meal and entertainment at Town Hall.

The committee warmly thanked everyone who contributed to their funding of the event and also their Christmas event.

Catering was supplied by Mrs Mary Ross, from Cowdenbeath, and the meal was thoroughly enjoyed by the veterans and guests.
